Basic Nutrition and Hydration

More than 85% of older adults have chronic diseases that might get better if they learned more about basic nutrition. As you age you may need fewer calories, but still need to get enough daily nutrients to support good health. Be sure to include fruits, veggies, healthy meats and fats in each meal.
