24 Hour Care
Granite Willow offers 24 Hour Home care for seniors and adults who require awake around the clock care. Typically our 24 hour care is delivered by a dedicated team of 5-6 caregivers who rotate in 12 hour incruments of care. The caregivers collaborate and work together for best care outcomes while utilizing our care management technology and being supported by our care leaders.
Live In Care
Live in care is ideal for seniors who live alone, need care during the day, and want the security of having a trusted caregiver in the home at night who is there in case of emergency. Granite Willow live in caregivers will care for your loved one and complete homemaking tasks during the day and upto bedtime. At night the caregiver will stay in their own room within the home and must get at least 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
